premium character

The spectrum ranges from exclusive solitaire properties to large ensembles of buildings that have a major impact on the district in which they are situated. All of them are in extraordinary locations of architectural or historical significance.
The Freiberger Holding is developing properties with the future in mind. The main focus is on sustainability and long-term appreciation of the value of the properties, which we intend to keep for some time to come. Wherever new buildings are created, they are designed to be future architectural monuments.

The ensemble, situated between the two city centers and lying directly on the River Spree, serves, among other things, as headquarters of the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Abion Spreebogen Waterside Hotel.
