Our hotels are all situated in locations of historical interest: On the site of Berlin’s Spree-Bogen, from where the dairy producer Bolle once supplied the entire city with milk, there now stands alongside the Abion Spreebogen Waterside Hotel and Abion Villa. In Kitzbühel, Austria, the Freiberger Holding operates the legendary Grand Hotel and in Chiemgau, Bavaria, the Endorfer Hof.

The Abion Spreebogen Waterside Hotel
This four-star hotel with its central, yet quiet location directly on the banks of the River Spree is situated in Berlin’s Spree-Bogen – a perfect combination of a listed building and modern architecture. Having undergone thorough renovation in 2008, the hotel now boasts more than 224 stylishly furnished rooms, many of them with a unique view of the Spree, plus 1,000 square meters of conference rooms within the historic walls of the former dairy plant Bolle. In the restaurant “Alte Meierei” (“Old Dairy”) - one of the two restaurants of the hotel - the maitre-chef and TV celebrity Rainer Strobel treats his guests to culinary delights. A further attraction is the Bar Lanninger situated directly on the banks of the Spree and hosted by Andreas Lanninger in person – “barkeeper of the year 2007”. On the seventh floor, overlooking the rooftops of Berlin, is a newly designed work-out gym with a view stretching all the way from the Chancellery to the Tiergarten zoo. Its central location, near the “Tiergarten” and less than a kilometer from the main railroad station, makes the Abion Spreebogen Waterside Hotel the number one choice for Berlin-Tourists and business people alike: the Reichstag, Chancellor’s Office and Bellevue Palace are all close by. The pulsating life of Potsdamer Platz and the neighboring Kulturforum, home to the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and the new Nationalgalerie, are just three kilometers away and can be easily reached by car via the Tiergarten tunnel. The Friedrichstraße and Kürfürstendamm are only two stops away on the suburban S-Bahn railway, and the train ride to Berlin Tegel Airport takes no more than ten minutes.

Along with the Abion Spreebogen Waterside Hotel, the Abion Villa forms part of Berlin’s Spree-Bogen. Among its distinctive features is the outstanding location directly on the banks of the River Spree. What makes the ambience

The Abion Villa is able to ensure absolute discretion thanks to its extensive security installations. Right next to the hotel is the private jetty, where the hotel-owned, mahogany yacht, the ‘Aida’, is moored. This 1930-built boat offers 20 guests the chance to take a memorable trip along the River Spree.
The Grand Hotel Kitzbühel
Built in 1903, the Grand Hotel in Kitzbühel, Austria, was once the meeting place of international high society – a monumental symbol of Kitzbühel’s rise to fame as a tourist center, one that was closely associated with the beginnings of the winter sports industry in Tyrol. However, by the end of the 1980s, this historical and architectural treasure had fallen into severe decline.

The Endorfer Hof in Chiemgau
The Endorfer Hof in Bad Endorf in Chiemgau, Bavaria, is a unique seminar and conference hotel, where employees of the Freiberger Group can take part 
in regular staff training. The hotel has 51 colorful and individually designed rooms, each one with its own theme. Guests and organizers alike are attracted to the Endorfer Hof by its close proximity to Munich. The location offers optimum traffic connections by both car and rail – it takes only one hour to get to the Bavarian capital.
